Regeneration is the quality that requires a Con. Fast heal doesn't care (which is why Vampires have Fast Heal)

So Warforged are killed by PEP like everything else.

Yep. And one PCs in my current campaign happen to have Steadfast Determination and very high Fort save mod (30+ or so, IIRC). So he does not even auto-fail on natural 1. It seems that he can fight very well in PEP
