[possibly controversial]What is wrong with Vampire the Masquerade 5E?

Things I don't like about 5e:
  • It's complicated. Blood dice?
  • The clan flaws can be severe and I'm not sure how some of these guys have survived a decade, much less a millennium.
  • Even though some really patient people have tried to explain it to me, I don't understand the Ministry, and how they remain an established Clan while the Setites and Serpents of Light are gone.
  • No Paths for non-Sabbat, and Sabbat aren't playable.
  • The information for some clans and Disciplines is spread out over numerous books, in an old school RPG way that is terrible. Lasombra are a Camarilla clan now, but their stats are in... the Chicago sourcebook, I think?

Anyway, I was a convert to New World of Darkness, which I generally prefer. If I were going with the classic, I might go with 20th anniversary, axing bits of lore that annoyed me.

Well Renegade Games did send C&D to creators for using the word "renegade". Doesn't make them nazis but everyone gets to draw their own lines in the sand and it helps to be informed.
