This type of thread shows up every once in a while, but thought I'd resurrect one. Might help to get our minds off some of the other hullaballoo that's happening around these parts. The idea is ipartialley inspired by an old picture from SKR's site (I think) or Andy Collins' site that showed their gaming group, gaming room, set-up, etc.

I'll post mine, but I'd rather not be first. I'm shy.

Update: Here is a link from the Gaming Group that meets at the Complete Strat, once a month, in Manhattan, New York. There is no references to who is who...just twenty people enjoying the game.

Update: The kid with the pink rabbit ears, starting with us, when he was eleven years of age (now 15, last month), the group's average is early twenties to late thirties, with me being the oldest.

Big Eyes, Small Mouth. It's an anime roleplaying game, which is really more of a fairly rules light generic game which is somewhat anime inspired.

There are lots of supplements for the system, some good and some bad. Many of the supplements enhance the anime flavor, adding rules for running Mecha games, or Pokemonish games, and so on and so forth.

I'm DM'ing, the one in the back-middle is Joel Grant, Misfit Studios art director, to the left is Shawn Richter, one of our artists (and head of comics), and the one at the front-middle is Ozzy, one of my two cats. We're still trying to ween Ozzy off of hack n' slash and get more in to role-playing, but she seems to be having trouble taking in the elf mentality.

Me not have pics of gaming groupie. But I will chime in and say that table is great! (not as great as that other gaming table around the 'net, with tubes to roll message balls along, etc. )
