Potent Characters

A Monk/Duelist works well actualy, you get the int bonus to your unarmored AC, and precise strike stacks with your normal hand attacks. Of course you'd need to start at monk 8 and move to duelist.

I was building a Rogue/Swashbuckler/Duelist/Dread Pirate that looked fun as well. Probably only works in a seafairing campaign, though the Dread Pirate's class works well with any swashbucklery character. (Rogue 2/Swashbuckler 3/Dread Pirate 2/Duelist 1 if you build it right or Rogue 3/Swashbuckler 3/Dread Pirate 1/ Duelist 1 is a more/naturaly progressing build, and you can even forgo the 3rd level of Swashbuckler, though the extra Int damage is nice)

Build 1
1 Rogue
2 Swashbuckler
3 Swashbuckler
4 Swashbuckler
5 Rogue
6 Dread Pirate
7 Dread Pirate
8 Dualist

Build 2
1 Rogue
2 Swashbuckler
3 Rogue
4 Swashbuckler
5 Swashbuckler
6 Rogue
7 Dread Pirate
8 Deulist

You need a high Int to make this interesting. Take Quickdraw and Dodge as your early feats, get weapon finesse from the Swashbuckler, and Mobility as your 6th level feat. If you're human, you get a few extra skills and an extra feat to play with as well, but an Elf or Halfling actualy works with this build fairly well with the bonus to dex.

Things I am personally considering:

Cleric 3 Paladin 2 Pious Templar 1

Cleric of Nerull 5 Master of Shrouds 1

Wizard 4 Fighter 1 Spellsword 1

Bard 1 Paladin 4 Dragon Disciple 1

Wizard 6

Sorceror 6

Druid 6

Cleric 1 / Paladin 5 / Fist of Raziel 1.......

Believe me this comboe will kick ass, just keep on taking levels in FoR and from lv 2 in that PrC you will gain clerical caster levels as well as a multitude of evil kick ass powers.

Make sure you're human as well, all other races suck!

I considered ranger/dervish/tempest/ and fighter/dervish/tempest, nice to see this one, thanks Bront.
It's a build with character, and a clear direction. That's the biggest thing to me, a cool concept and idea that you can write a background for, and you can see a character actualy doing. Some of these "Ultimate builds" are just numbers put togeather. I'd rather see a character come to life than become an exersize in numbers.

If you have Eberron as an option, a Talenta Plains Halfling Paladin, Druid, or Ranger mounted warrior could be fun. Mix with Halfling Outrider PrC for ultimate dinosaur riding goodness.
