Potions and Scrolls of 0 level spells

OK....can one brew a potion or scribe a scroll of a 0 level spell and if so, how much does it cost to scribe and what is the market value?

The rules state the base price is

Spell Level x Caster Level x 25gp

if Spell Level is 0...the cost is 0...

Not sure if this has been touched on before...

Instead of 0, I think you should use level = 0.5 which halves the market price.

It's been touched on before (there's a rules/FAQ cite somewhere but I don't recall the details). You treat the cost and market price as half that of a 1st level spell.

From the SRD under Feats: Item Creation Feats (potions, scrolls, wands):

A 0-level spell is considered to have a spell level of 1/2 for the purpose of this calculation.
