And what with the feat Improved Warforged Resolve. It only adds temp HP or it also regain additional HP when you are bloodied.

Couse Thoungness looks much better when it only grants addional temp HP.

Except they "stack".

And it's not so much that toughness is much better, so much as for some reason racial feats don't scale by tier, which is pretty stupid, yeah.
