Power Attack and Power Lunge-stack?

A quick question regarding the feats Power Attack and Power Lunge. If you charge and use the feat Power Lunge, can you also use Power Attack?

I find it strange that this happens, because the +2 bonus for charging can off-set the reduced base attack from Power Attack. It's a win-win and seems overpowered.

Of course, there is the -2 to AC after the charge, and you keep the reduced base attack until you're next turn, but doesn't that sound overpowered?

Opinions please, and be kind, this is my first post.

Thanks.

I dont see why it shouldnt. There is another charging feat in the PgtF that gives you a +4 to hit -2 to ac. Take that and the feat in the miniatures handbood that gives you another +4 -4, and the feats in the miniatures HB, that gives you extra damage when charging. With power attacking and charging, you should make mince meat out of most things with a two handed weapon, not to mention if you critical. Then if you have a halforc, there is a feat i read(dont remember where) that gives you double damage to a charge.!!!

Assuming Medium:

Powerfull Charge(MinHb): Additional 1d8 damage(An item, boots, give you this feat)
Greater Powerfull Charge(MinHB): You are treated one size larger so you do an additional 2d6 damage.
Furious Charge(PgtF): +4 to hit -2 To AC
Reckless Charge(MinHB): +4 To Hit - 4 To AC
Headlong Rush(RacesOFaerun): Double Damage on a charge. Provoke from everybody including the attacked. Must be orc/half orc
Power Attack

Items like rhino hide

Its a fun character.
