Darklone Registered User Jan 7, 2003 #3 His effective BAB is not +4. It's plus one. His melee to hit is +4 (+1 BAB +3 strength). And no, you don't have two attacks at +6/+1 with a lvl1 halforc barbarian with strength 20.
