These are totally worth doing. I can imagine the whole 4e naysayers yelling something about Magic: The Gathering cards, but I find power cards extremely helpful. Players have all their options laid out in front of them, they can flip cards over when they use their encounter or daily powers, plus you've got the rules for all the powers right there - no need to flip through the PHB more than you have to.

I remember WotC saying the Character Record Sheets pack will contain some blank power sheets, due out July 15.

Do what me and a friend did for BoNS powers. Take Magic cards (commons unless you're taking the piss) and stick sticky address labels on the front side with a power written on it, et voilà, power cards.
