Just messing with you, Nail ;)

My instincts would be to combat that with an Initiate of Mystra Dweomerkeeper in an AMF. It should be possible to have such a build working by 15th level. Of course, sneak attacks and other such means of elimination should also be quite feasible. Just curious, what immediately came to your mind?

My summoner cleric, of course!

But seriously: I'm not sure if the poster or his DM grasps how turning works. It's unclear: what does he mean by "turn and anhialate level 26 undead"? I'm hoping he means "a 26 HD undead". If so, he should glance over the UD listed in the MM. He'll note that HD increases far faster than CR. (+1 CR/ 4 HD) All the DM has to do is give the UD a few more HD, and he's outta luck. :]

Even a Huge zombie would be immune to his turning. A CR 8 zombie, IIRC. :D

Oh, if you want to get into monsters, then it's even easier . . . :p

Interesting thoughts, though. FWIW, I'm still astonished that that lich didn't have any sort of MCvG variant up.

'Twas a mummy.

I wonder what would happen if this PC tangled with, say, a dragon, demon, or devil. They aren't undead, so no turning them, and the higher CR ones get nasty abilities. An appropriately aged, mature adult or old (according to CRs), black dragon would mess him up severely.

Alternatively, not monsters, a Warmage could blast him into pieces - the Cleric's saves aren't going to be that great. Or an Assassin could just death attack him, hiding behind greater invisibility.
