Power: Warlord - Using One Against the Other.

Garthanos

Arcadian Knight
Warlords without allies present arent just a little out of sorts many are damn near disabled

The Warlord is very dependent on his allies and mayhaps that is a feature at some level I certainly believe so. But on the other hand? A master manipulator of the battle field might be able to exert some influence over the enemy manipulating them in to harming there own allies... so these somewhat basic ideas come to mind.

Using One against the Other

An at-will, Perhaps A lazylord gambit without an attack roll but dependent on an enemy missing?perhaps get bonuses similar to a granted attack not sure how to word it. Picture where a Joxer warlord/controller brand reaches after a dropped coin and the enemy misses him and smashes his own friend .... Or more effective one where hey both potentially trade damage? I sometimes flavor Cleave in pretty much this fashion where the heros own muscle does the manipulations but for a Warlord its manipulation of a different sort planning and perception Wisdom or influence either intelligence or charisma based likely to have his way.

I think the flavor is quite appropriate for a warlord does it dip too far in to Martial Controller flavor is that a problem?

Propagating Hostilities

I always pictured Frodo when captured as taking out the Orcs in tower of Cirith Ungol almost as a epic class Warlord Controller daily power... perhaps an effect where each enemy within a fairly big area was affected like the wizard at-will hypnosis, in story he and the secrets he carries are a tempting morsel for each of the tribes represented there and lucky coincidence and his arrival turned churning hostilities in to a tower of "minions" whacking each other shortly after his capture... it cleared the way for Sam to make his way to rescue Frodo of course.

Yes I do consider luck a part and parcel of the Martial Power Source so sweeping control effects dont bother me much.
