Powerful Build: OGC?

Pretty straightforward. Does anyone know if or where the Powerful Build racial ability may have been made Open Game Content by WotC?

Yup. I never use Psionics so I didn't think of it. Just went to the Wizards' site and downloaded the SRD *.rtf file for the psionic races and it's right there in it, in case anybody wanted it direct from the source.
