Powerful Charge

Does anyone have the exact text for the powerful charge feat? I know it is in Tome of magic next to the dark goat thing monster and in the back of MMIV but it might be elsewhere as well. If you could print it here it would be helpful, thanks.

I think copying three sentences for use in a game it is intended to be used in constitutes a fair use exception to the copying prohibition. I know it is in ToM and MMIV because I own them, I just don't have access to them right now.

I'm not concerned about copyright. I was just thinking that might be skirting board policy.
