I saw an ad for Pox Nora in Dragon and checked it out. It's pretty cool. It's an online collectible miniatures game. You can sign up for the beta for free, and you're given a sample "deck" (called a battlegroup) as well as $50 in credit to buy packs to assemble a real battlegroup.
The way it works is you get runes, and assemble 20 runes into a battlegroup. Each rune is either a champion (mini), spell, equipment or relic. Champions and relics are deployed onto the map, while spells are just cast, some with a certain area, and equipment is given to a mini.
At the beginning of your game, all your runes are flipped over, and you can flip 3 on the first turn and 2 every turn thereafter. Playing a rune costs "nora" which regenerates every turn, more powerful runes costs more. Runes also have a cooldown, which is how long it takes to cast it again.
