Motivation . . .

I mean do you have any advice on turning your ideas into something you can print.
I need a kick in the pants to get going

It sounds like motivation is your primary issue. Or, rather, lack of motivation. What you need to do is ask yourself why you aren't already expanding your ideas into publishable manuscripts.

I am the last person to inspire others to be motivated. Hell, I have a group of friends from HS who have never been motivated. These days they're amazed at my job and what I've done. I'm amazed that they still haven't done anything.

I don't know what advice I could offer. Sorry.

Just wanted to say (I had been meaning to say this when you first posted) I think supplementry components adding their own effect is a great idea Glad to see someone put stuff together for it.

But it isn't an original idea. Back in 1st edition days we would do this in our group. I just sat down and made the idea work with 3rd edition and wrote 101 different components.
