Dark Quest Game's Moon Elves

City Guide Cultures: Moon Elves by Dark Quest Games

If you've ever loved Elves.. or loved to hate elves in all their variety then this is the book to view.

What you know of elves? Is about to be changed for all time…gone are the stereotypes of the stalwart woodland defender or the dwarf hating elven warrior. The Moon Elves are coming and with them they bring a whole new look at this fascinating race. This is a culture book from Dark Quest games and features an in-depth look at the Moon Elves; these are elves that are unlike any that you will meet. This is a highly detailed book that covers all aspects of this elven society and brings with it a host of features.

It is lavishly illustrated by some of Fantasy Roleplaying's rising stars, featuring detailed drawings and some crisp colour work. The work of Moon Elves is a combination of talented writers who have been immersed in Fantasy for quite some time.

Inside the book you will find a completely detailed look at the fascinating culture of the Moon Elves, from their mental state, to their various rituals for marriage, birth, death and how they deal with time. Throughout this book you will also find that there are stories and comprehensive journals written from their point of view.

For those that are hungry for something different - there are many new prestige classes such as the elven carouser, an elf who knows how to party and works the circuit like a harpist plays a harp. The sword singer: an elf who combines song and blade into a deadly form of combat. Alongside these classes is a range of interesting and unique magical items designed by the twisted imaginations of the Dark Quest writers. You'll see the elven shimmerleaf armour and learn the power of the Bow of Stars. Be immersed in the backgrounds as well as the generous descriptions of all the items - those items that are unique to warrant stories of their creation are often also wreathed in sadness, betrayal and history.

So prepare for the coming of the Moon Elves from Dark Quest games…

Edit: Ok I can see the cover and there is a preview at RPGnow.com . Looks impressive. Here goes my $7 to DQ!

I have gone through it and it seems really nice, makes me want to play an elf...the cover is great as well. Good job.

Tensen -> The product looks mighty fine! I noticed two elves disn't make it, though. Will they be appearing in future products?

For those of you wondering, I did the elves that illustrate the PrClasses near the end of Moon Elves.

Perhaps we shall see a new gallery of the elven art over at your site?
