[PR-MEG] First "Mystery License" should be revealed on Monday 1/13

I knew that. I think it would be great to see the world of Midkemia republished with conversion rules for d20. If they can do Wheel of Time (read:Boredom (my opinion here)) why not the Riftwar books, or any of the other areas expanded in the old game.

Then again, I don't know if they still print the old material.. I just have not see it for years.

HAL: Well I noticed the change when I refreshed the screen.. creen captures in Mac or Windozes are just simple key clicks:)

Its so obvious....

Having worked a little freelance for MEG, I have some "contacts" on the inside. And I will go completely against the grain and the rebel route that Curtis did in another thread.

The mystery license is of course....

Babylon 5

I mean...come on...its so obvious. lol

I am of course KIDDING and just referencing the Mongoose "secret project" thread.

I do think that the license will be well received though.

...besides, everyone knows that the inside license is for "Three's Company". Hal once told me that the staff of MEG studied into the deepest, darkest theories of the d20 system itself and despite all the fantasy related fluff, the inner core structure of the rules is fully optimized and configured to best handle this tv show. All of the spells, feats, etc. were originally designed to model situations where you have a beach community apartment owned by two alternating landlords that is rented by a dependable but sorta dull black haired girl, a series of rotating blondes, and a straight bachelor chef who poses as a gay guy who's best friend is named Larry.
Honest. That's what Hal told me.... and as I stared into that Homer looking thing in his third, constantly blinking eye I was too afraid to verbally doubt a single thing.

OK, ya got us. It is d20 Three's Company and we have contracted with the original stars to pose for all the interior photos. Pretty cool aye. Feats for Mr. Furly were fun.

BTW: There are TWO deals in the works (well, they are done deals but not announced yet) and I am sure Hal, our guru of marketing, will have something up soon.

That is true we have both deals signed now just looking for the right time to discuss them...let me call Tom Cruise and Paramont and see if I can let them slip out----KIDDING!!!

Tom Cruise, but you told me that the other one was a d20 system variant of one of those popular cooking shows....

actually, I'd like to see a d20 system for Jerry Springer... where each player rolls up character sheets and then goes to slag and beat the crap out of each other... special feat abilities for being inbred.

Anna, that's sarcasm, right?

It was, of course, a gaming world.

Yes, it was sarcasm.:D

I was actual able to find some out of print stuff from Midkemia Press. One of them is available as a free download from them. I think it's called Towns of the Outlands.

But it would be cool to have it converted to d20.
