Since this domain grants 2x caster level does this mean that you get double your levels in dispel magic cheacks against your summoned creatures?

I would think that it does.

Any official rule that would state otherwise?

The granted power of the summoning prestige domain is:
You cast any summon monster spell at twice your caster level, increasing the range and duration of the spell

IMHO if the designers had intended this domain to also give you the ability to add to your dispel checks versus summoned creatures the text would say so. I read it to say that only the range and duration of the spell are affected.

On the other hand what you propose doesn't sound imbalancing and would make a good house rule.

One question: Why would you need to cast dispel magic against your own summoned creatures. They are there to fight for you.

I am going from memory but it said doubles your caster level for range, duration, etc...

This is so that other people cannot dispel my mosnters :)

OH I get it now. I'm a little dense at times.

In that case, yes, I agree with you. Your caster level would be considered higher for the purpose of other people dispelling your monsters.

Just my opinion I don't know of any "official" ruling on this.
