I would like to submit a prestige class for a setting I am working on. This prestige class semi-replaces the monk, since that class doesn't exist in this setting. Keep that in mind as you read this class and assess it's abilities.
The Master Boxer
The sport of boxing is a widely popular sport for the common masses. Every commoner when they take a break loves to watch his companions get in the boxing ring and fight till one is knocked unconscious. Those who excel and catch the eye of an observant master are offered a chance to become a better boxer than some of his peers will ever be. The master boxer is one who devotes his life to becoming a master of the sport. Such masters are respected, and a bout between masters can be quite a spectacle.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the master boxer prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The master boxer gains no new proficiency in any weapons or armor.
Variant Schools: The class abilities presented are for the traditional school of boxing. There are many others. The player character can choose to sacrifice a class ability and gain a bonus feat at the earliest level that he would receive the class ability instead. If the class ability has a bonus that improves as he gains more levels in the class, he does not gain any additional bonus feats unless he sacrifices another class ability. The player character can gain three bonus feats in this fashion. The feat list from which the player character can choose from is listed below. The character must meet all prerequisites except class dependent ones (requiring levels in a class).
Gloves: A master boxer’s status is marked by the color of his gloves. Characters without levels in the master boxer class are gloveless, and are not allowed to wear gloves. At the stated level, the character receives the appropriate color glove to show his skill in boxing. The hierarchy of gloves in order from lowest to highest is white, green, silver, and gold.
Dodge the Strike: The master boxer learns to weave and dodge in single combat. When using the dodge feat, the master boxer gains the stated dodge bonus to his armor class on attacks against the master boxer’s opponent of choice. The master boxer cannot use this ability if he wears armor or uses a shield.
Flurry of Blows: At 2nd level, the master boxer learns to fight with a flurry of blows at the expense of accuracy. When doing so, he may make one extra attack in a round at his highest base attack bonus, but this attack and each other attack made that round suffer a –2 penalty apiece. The master boxer must use the full attack action to strike with a flurry of blows.
Solid Fist: The master boxer learns to strike harder and with greater ability. Each time the master boxer receives this class ability, his unarmed strike damage increases by one die. A medium-size master boxer deals 1d4 points of damage at 4th, and 1d6 points of damage at 6th.
Shrug the Blow: The master boxer learns roll with the punches and absorb damage. When struck with an unarmed strike, the master boxer subtracts the listed number from the damage done, but never below 0 points of damage.
Follow Up: At 10th level, the master boxer learns to take advantage of an opponent after making a devastating blow. If the master boxer successfully strikes an opponent with an unarmed strike and scores a crit, he immediately gets an extra melee attack. The attack is made with the same bonus as the attack that crit.
Bonus Feat List: All Opponents***, Close-Quarters Fighting*, Combat Reflexes, Defensive Strike**, Endurance, Extra Stunning Attacks*, Fists of Iron*, Improved Critical, Improved Initiative, Karmic Strike**, Knock-Down*, Lightning Fists*, Pain Threshold***, Stunning Fist, Tempered***, Toughness, Unbalancing Strike**, Weapon Finesse (unarmed strike), Weapon Focus (unarmed strike), Weapon Specialization (unarmed strike).
