PrC's that give an Extra Attack?

What are all the PrC's in either the MAIN BOOKS or the SPLAT BOOKS that give an Extra Attack?

The Frenzied Beserker in MotW gives an extra attack when Frenzied a la a weapon of speed.

Does Weapon Master and Tribal Protector?

Tribal Protector does get an extra attack per round, but all attacks suffer a -2 penalty in that round.

Weapon Master does not get any extra attacks per round.

Devoted Defender (Sword and Fist) is one way to get extra attacks, but they are not a guarantee.

Order of the Bow Initiate in Sword and Fist:

"Once per round when an ally with in line of site gains an attack of oppertunity upon a foe, the initiate can make one ranged attack against the same foe, at his highest attack bonus as a free action."

The Tempest gains all the TWF Feats and thus more and more attacks with his secondary weapon.

For a non-WOTC, 3.0 example: the 5-level prestige class "Tsuruchi's Legion", in AEG's Way of the Samurai (dual-system expansion for the Rokugan setting). It has the ability "blackened sky" -- a full attack with a bow (not a crossbow), for them, uses the Monk UAB progression. That, a +20 BAB, Rapid Shot, and a weapon of Speed makes for 9 attacks in a single round.

Under 3.5 rules, I'd suggest converting that to using Flurry of Blows as a monk of your total character level, but only with a bow.
