Pre Gen Con gaming (a few spots still!)

I'm relocating down to Indy in May (I'm in MI right now), and am going to be at GenCon this year come the nine Hells or the Abyss.

If there is still a slot open, I would like to vie for it, along with possibly 1 more (don't know if my SO would be interested or not).

Yes, we talked for a while at the bar, looking forward to seeing you again. I'll see what I can do, it all depends on the guys riding out with me this year. I'd have no problem heading out a day earlier, but they might not be able to swing it.

Oh, and I don't game nearly as much as I used to.

Not that I'm even relevant to this thread, but I thought I'd just rub in the fact that I live about 20 minutes from GenCon.

Broncosaurus Rex is an early Goodman Games foray into d20. It's in the future, the civil war between the North and the South is still raging, and there are dinosaurs.

The rules were not designed well, but I've pieced together enough stuff (mostly from the original Pulp Heroes minigame) to run an interesting one shot that I'd be willing to run again.

Teflon Billy are you planning come, I remember seeing you walk into Gen-Con from my car and I was like " Hey there is Teflon Billy from EN World, I recognize that spiked silver hair anywhere!"OK looks like we will be all filled up. We have about 12- 13 people coming! I am very pleased. With this amount of people it would be best to divide up the group for games into four to six hour sessions, with two or three DM's, so whoever wants to run what let me know. Now I need to know who is driving so I can get you directions to my house. I also need to know if anyone is flying and needs picked up from the airport, I would really prefer to make one or two trips there so you may be stuck at the airport bookstore for a while. I will also need one or two of you to volunteer to drive to the lake house. I also need to know if anyone has any special needs when it comes to food. Other than gaming we have the lake, plenty of fishing poles, a potoon boat, and a speed boat, so it looks like we are in for a good time.

So optimally the schedule will go like this

Tues, mid morning-early afternoon: Everyone arrives safely at Stone Angels house in Indy.

Tues, early afternoon: Get on the road to go to the lake house (about an hour trip.

Tues, mid afternoon: Dinner, drinks, and mingle.
Tues, early evening: Gaming commences through the night
Wed, morning: breakfast and recreation
Wed afternoon: Gaming commences
Thurs: Back to Indy for the con.

Let me know if anyone has any issues with this and who wants to run what.

I will be driving, but will need to wait for directions until time draws near (since I don't quite know where I will be driving from yet ).

I don't DM, unfortunately, but am willing to attempt being a player in just about any system/setting.

I'm pretty much locked in as well. It just involves me heading up a few days early. I'm really jonesing about this!
