Pre-rolling for players

All my prep rolls are rolled prior to play. If find calling for a roll is pretty quick and easy, but if I were to pre-roll rolls the players usually make, then I'd have a card with the result on it generated prior to play. Then I could flip them over as needed in play. It's not exactly my preference though.

I have a few hundred random numbers between 1 and 20 generated by random.org that I use for any 'passive' roll I need. Players still make all normal rolls, but any roll where they shouldn't know the outcome (or even that it occurred) I mark the next number off the list. Simple, and I get to avoid the players knowing I'm 'rolling'.
