Disposable StarMaps by Precis Intermedia is a low-cost PDF download that gives you 5 different starmaps in both color and B&W. Each takes advantage of PDF form technology, so that you can change the names of stars/planets and regions of space. What's more, you can customize either the color or B&W map and click a button to synchronize it with the other. This makes the maps re-usable -- the position of the stars remain the same, but you can change the names as many times as you like.
