Precise Damage with Many Shot

Can Precise Damage (from Order of the Bow Initaite) be combined with Many Shot?

If it does, I understand it will only apply once.

My problem is that they are both standard actions but are they mutally exclusive?

Yes, they are.

You can take a standard action to make a Manyshot, or you can take a standard action to make an attack with Ranged Precision.

You can't do both with the same standard action.

For what it's worth, the latest update to the 3.5 Main FAQ says on p14:

Can an Order of the Bow initiate (Complete Warrior,
page 68) use Manyshot (Player’s Handbook, page 97) in
conjunction with his ranged precision class feature?

No. Both of these options require a standard action to use,
and thus can’t be used in conjunction with one another.
