D&D 5E (2024) Predict WotC's 2026 D&D releases

So at this point I guess we are not getting an announcement?

Is there no Q1 release for D&D?

Or......is it the complete book of Stealth, a 260 page hard cover that rewrites the rules for 5.24e stealth and covers every scenario. As part of the marketing it just pops up in book stores unexpectedly and without warning.

That is it, except all 260 pages are definitions of Hidden and Invisible.
… all written in invisible ink, to boot!

More seriously, I wonder if their recent experiences with printing and shipping delays have made them a little gun-shy about announcing new products before the books are actually coming off the printing press and getting loaded onto trucks.

Because of how long it has been, or just in general? I would think that the contents of any given announcement would make the difference, but YMMV.
The release schedule isn't keeping my interest, both timing and content, and, as I've said before, their marketing isn't working on me. Obviously they can get it back with great content..... But I'm not even sure what that would be at this point. So maybe in general.

Without reading the thread,

Heroes of Athas
Adventures in Athas
Athas DM Screen
Tenser's Tome of Totality - the next player-oriented crunch book
A 5e-style campaign adaptation of TOEE.
A too-late BG3 tie-in of dubious relevance

I'm doubling down an my previous statement regarding Strixhaven. Magic is returning to the plane. It's also a big part of the Lorewyn story. And there's now an evil twist on the school called Hexhaven run by one of the classic baddies in Magic rather than the elder dragons.

If they do some sort of Forgotten Realms anthology, I would sell my soul/kidney for a Djerad Thymar adventure!! Not going to happen, but the offer is there.

Edit: Same with the Warlock Knights of Vaasa, BTW! I love those guys!!
