Preparations for Super Bowl XLII?

With less than a week to go, I'm preparing for my eighth-annual Super Bowl Eve viewing of Any Given Sunday on DVD before watching the Big Game this Sunday in HD, even though I have no particular rooting interest for either team.

So for those of you who are looking forward to watching Super Bowl XLII, how are you preparing for the game, both the day before and the day of?

I will be hiding under my bed and hoping they all go away.

I will be having my 13th annual weekend long Super Bowl Party. I have a bunch of people over and we game from 11:00am on Saturday until whenever we're done that night, then we reconvene around noon on Sunday and game until kick-off.

Not much actually. Just having a few friends over on Sunday. We'll sit and chat and eat all day then watch the game.

I'll be building meself a huge sandwhich for the first half and will have chips and dip prepped for the second half. The few folks I know in this area aren't really into football so I'll be watching the game alone. Guess it just means more junk food for me.
