You'd have to houserule what each feat is at 1/2 power...)... then give them the rest along with saves and hit points at the magic "level" amount.</p><p></p><p>Of course, what (I think that) you're really trying to do here is limit the availablity and attractiveness of multiclassing. For that I'm personally in favor of a flat GM fiat ruling...
