Prestige Classes modeled off of the Blues Brothers

Why hasn't any one come out with a prestige class modeled after the characters Joilet Jake and Elwood Blues? Seriously.

Would said class maybe have special abilities "It's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses" which grant low light vision? Or "Hit it" which makes 1 attack per day an automatic hit?

Because they didn't have any capabilities or traits that were prestigous enough to warrant one?

Did you see how after one song they turned a bunch of irrate red necks into devoted fans.

How they dodged bullets, flame throwers, bombs, Nazis, the police, Red necks and the fury of a woman scornned.

The official prestige class for the Blues brothers should be called "The Freaking Luck gods of R&B"
