(Small point) Twilight Creature will never be balanced for a being that already has 60'+ darkvision. It should stack... and the XP price reflext that.

Shadow Creature
The shadow creature's form seems to waver as if it were about to dissapear, even in bright light. Darkness deepens around the shadow creature, almost like it absorbs light.
Cost: 7,200 XP
Prerequisites: Sculpt Self, Dark Creature, Shade Creature, Twilight Creature
Benefits: +1 Dex, Shadow Jump 40ft (as the Shadow Dancer PrC ability), Continuous Blur effect (20% miss chance) while in normal lighting conditions.

I like everything except the Shadow Jump. What about instead giving them the Fiendish ability to see through magical darkness? That's pretty powerful, especially for an Assassin.

Constant Blur is also a bit much. For one thing, how would you disguise yourself as a non-Blurred person? I'd prefer some flavorful ability like "Shadow Cloak" which allows you to wrap yourself in magical dakness at will, caster level = character level, effect as Blur except dispelled by any 2nd or higher level Light spell; spell-like ability, standard action to activate, free action to dismiss.
