The Elf Conjurer has two new ones:
1st level - Kelgore's Fire Bolt (2d6 fire damage; DC 13 save; 1d6 fire damage instead if caster fails to overcome Spell Resistance, no save);
3rd level - Melf's Unicorn Arrow (3d6 damage and push target up to 3 squares)
Note: Kelgore's Fire Bolt does 20 damage in DDM, I can't see it doing more than 2d6 in the RPG game, what with it being a 1st level spell.

We know most of the classes already: Fighter, Wizard, Cleric, Rogue, Barbarian, Warlock, and Warlord are almost certainly in. There are no PC-type Paladins, Bards, Monks, Rangers, or Sorcerers in DoD. There is at least one Druid. If someone has access to the DoD RPG stat cards and can prove any of these wrong, please do.

There is, of course, no guarantee that these things will be in the PHB, but since DoD is the first mass 4e preview, I think we should be able to draw some strong conclusions.
