Price War...

Man-thing

First Post
I know right now I'm paying 1.189/L of gas in Canada (which I think is 3.78/gal US if I'm doing my math right. There has been no inkling that a gas war is even possible and yet there seems to be a price war heating up of PDF?

First it was the affliate program from DTRPG.
Then 2% back on all purchases at RPGNow.
Now 3% back on all purchases at DTRPG.

How far can the PDF price war go?

It's all a global conspiracy, I tell ye! :uhoh:

Seriously, this kind of "price wars" (dunno if that is the right term) is somethig you see from time to time in other markets. Normally everything goes back to standardsafter some time. And then it starts again. I wouldn't start fearing for a global RPG pdf price battle just because of this.

Perhaps its only to get some sales in the summer hole where people tend to go out lying in the sun instead of playing games in the basement.

In the end it means we have the chance to get some pdfs at a lower price for a short period of time (even if its only a tad lower). But in some days or weeks it will be back to normal I think.
