A member of my group played a Priest of Thor class in second edition, and wants to find something similar to play in 3rd, but he lost the original class, so anyone know of any specialty classes out there like this?

I'd recommend just making a normal Cleric with Deities and Demigods' Thor write-up as the patron deity. You might want to Multiclass him with Barbarian levels to represent a more Aggressive stance worthy of a Priest of Thor, but otherwise, that's as specialized a Priest Class as you need.
