Printer isn't working...

My printer has words on the top to the side like Ready/Data, Toner Low, Replace Drum, Load/Remove Paper, Paper Jam, and Error. Next to these is little things a light shines if that's what the problem is. When I turn my printer on, all of these light up, despite the fact that I know there's paper in there, there's no jam, and I have an almost new printer cartridge inside.

My computer doesn't see my printer at all.

Anyone know why this is happening?

My computer is only a couple of months old...

Just to make sure first have you checked your drivers?

Are the lights solid or blinking? Blinking I think is a controller error. One of my clients went through those things like toilet paper.

I suggest uninstall, reboot and then reinstall. See if that clears it up.
