Problems with Girallon's Blessing

I'm trying to work through exactly what happens when you cast Girallon's Blessing on, say, a lion. It seems to bring up some strange issues for the spell.

"You give the subject an additional pair of arms. Each of its arms -- new and old -- ends in a clawed hand with fingers and an opposable thumb. The creature's original arms (if any) are its primary arms, and new limbs are secondary limbs (if the subject had no arms, the arms created by the spell are its primary arms)."

Okay... a lion starts out with no arms, so it now has 2 arms that are its "primary arms". What does "primary arms" mean? Does it mean that attacks from those arms become the creature's primary natural attacks?

"The creature gains four claw attacks, each using its base attack bonus + its Str modifier for attack rolls."

This seems to be assuming that the original creature had 2 arms. It also implies that all four arms (in that case) are primary natural attacks, because they all use the full base attack bonus. So now I'm really not sure what "primary arms" in the previous passage means.

If the base creature had no arms, does it still get 4 claw attacks? Or just 2? I'm going to assume the intent was 2, despite the wording of the RAW.

"A creature cannot use normal weapons and the claw attacks in the same round, and the subject does not gain additional claw attacks from a high base attack bonus."

Based on that, these claw attacks don't work quite like normal natural attacks. If they did, you could wield a weapon in one claw and still use the other 3 claws as secondary natural attacks. So if these claws don't work quite like normal natural weapons, how do they interact with other natural weapons?

If a lion pounces, it would normally get 5 attacks: 2 claws (primary), 1 bite (secondary), and 2 rakes. The rakes use the full attack bonus, but I'm not sure if that's because they're considered primary natural weapons or because rake is a special attack that just always uses the full attack bonus.

So after Girallon's blessing, I'm thinking the lion would have 7 attacks when pouncing: 2 Girallon claws (primary), 2 lion claws (secondary?), 1 bite (secondary), 2 rakes (full attack bonus?). Would the lion claws become secondary natural attacks in this case? Do the rake attacks keep the full attack bonus because they're a special attack, or would they also become secondary natural attacks?

If, instead of a lion, it's actually a Druid wild-shaped into a lion, is there any reason he couldn't wield weapons in the Girallon arms and, on a pounce, make a full attack with weapons, plus the 5 normal attacks a lion gets on a pounce (as secondary natural attacks)?
