I saw Morrus's comment about having to change his e-mail address. Unfortunately I fear that it will be only a temporary solution as Morrus's e-mail is pretty much 'out there in the open'. A spider or e-mail scraper is going to pick up that new e-mail address and then the spam problems will start up again...
I have two co-workers who say very good things about spamcop.net

and the filtered e-mail accounts that they have.
I don't use it myself but I thought I would pass it along as an option...
