Problems with subscriptions?

I often subscribe to threads that I like or find interesting, and by default subscribe to all threads that I post to.

But recently, I noticed I hadn't been receiving any email notifications.

I checked and it says I have all of my threads set to instant notification ... and just to check to see if its a new problem I've subscribed to some new threds too. None of it has worked.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is this a "feature" that I missed durning exams?

From what I know, they were turned off by Morrus, can't remember why. Nobody is getting subscription emails at the moment.
