[probly a repeat question] Uncanny Dodge + Multiclassing

What would be the correct level of Uncanny Dodge for a Bbn2/Rog3?

Do you look to Bbn as the governing class and give him (can't be flanked) or do you look to Rogue and rule that he's still a level shy?

You count the better of both classes and both class levels stack.

Evasion

How about evasion....
I mean, if you are a rogue2/monk3, the two classes get the evasion ability....
What happens!? Does it stack somehow into improved avasion, for example!?

Evasion (and other similar abilities) don't stack. Uncanny dodge is an exception. The stacking is mentioned in the descriptive text.
