Product question - mini PHB

Mucknuggle

First Post
I remember seeing someone mention a pocket sized Player's Handbook that was released by some 3rd party publisher. I tried searching for it and can't seem to find anything about it. Am I remembering wrong or does such a product exist? If it exists, could someone please post a link to the product for me.

I have it, and it serves its purpose (cheaper and more portable than a real PHB), but its not perfect. The paperback spine is inherently more fragile than a large-format h/back, so it has to be treated with more care if it is to last. Some other irritations, such as the method of renaming spells containing product identity. Why could the Bigby's Hand spells, for example, have not been all kept in one place :\ ?

That's definitely a frustrating approach. I've always preferred the idea of renaming them slightly, or using initials:

B's Clenched Fist

- or -

Big Clenched Fist

Both of which (roughly) preserve the spell's spot in the alphabetical lineup you'd expect it to be in.

I have one and I like it. The only thing that bothers me is the horrible artwork. Plain white papers and a discreet cover would be much better IMHO.

Artwork? There are no illustrations in it. And the cover is pretty "discreet," as far as I can tell. Is there another version out there?
