Profane Breath of Tiamat - For breath lovers everywhere

Aereas

First Post
I have an evil gestalt game going where one of my players created this class for his character. I think the class is still alittle overpowered but I wanted to gain additional opinions before I went about trying to reduce it any more. I'm looking to balance it in the scope of a normal class and NOT balanced for gestalt.

I mention the gestalt part because the character is a dragon shaman/monk going into dragon shaman/sorc. The way the class is set up there are other ways to go into it on a normal class but it might be alittle more difficult (Draconic heritage feats being the most likely).

Now with that said I will point out that this class is mainly meant for use with races/classes that provide a breath weapon that recharges at a rate of 1d4 rounds or close to it. If you use the draconic heritage feats then it is strongly recomended that you enforce the recharge time and say the sorc cannot use his breath feat ability until the alloted time has passed. Witht hat said, I present the class:

Profane breath of Tiamat
In ancient times there existed a cult devoted to Tiamat and the power of the many facets of her breath weapon. In those times this clan held truly remarkable teachings that showed the follower how to hone his own weapon to mimic thier patron in all its scintilating glory. Over the ages war with the hated Bahamut and his Sacred warders caused losses on both sides. Some of that loss included may of the teachings of the original scrolls. Today, the devotion to Tiamats unholy breath is still a strong and driving factor in this cults worship. While thier power has been diminished their devotion is stronger than ever.

Breath Weapon Substitution: Upon gaining the first level the Profane Breath of Tiamat becomes more like its patron and gains an aditional emement for its breath weapon. Choose an element (acid, fire, cold, or electricity). Thereafter you may substitute your breath weapon for the chosen element type. Once chosen this choice cannot be changed. This ability increases the number of rounds the breath weapon waits to recharge by 1 round as if using a metabreath feat. Otherwise it functions in all regards like the energy substitution feat for magic but it only applies to the Ravager's breath ability.

Profane Blast (Su): A Profane Breath of TIamat can unleash a narrow blast of raw profane energy from its mouth 1/day. The blast requires a ranged touch attack, range of 100ft+10ft/PBoT lvl. The Blast looks and feels like energy of the same type as the dragon's breath weapon. If it hits a target, it deals the same number of dice worth of damage as the dragon's breath weapon, but uses d12s. The damage it deals results directly from divine power and is therefore not subject to being reduced by protection from energy and similar magic. Each use of this ability counts as a use of the dragon's breath weapon but adds 1 round to the recharge time.

Mass Profane Blast (Su): The profane blast occupies the same area as its breath weapon and effects all creatures within the area. The dragon can choose whether to use a ray profane blast or a mass profane blast, and can use both abilites no more then the number it has.
*Goes on the same counter as profane blast but may choose to use either one.

Greater blast (Su): A GBoT can target a creature behind a Wall of Force, Prismatic Wall, or Prismatic Sphere with its profane blast. The dragon makes a special dispel check, rolling 1d20+ Class Level against DC 11+ The effect's caster lvl. If the check is successful, the effect is instantly negated (all layers in the prismatic effect are destroyed) and the ray goes on to strike the intended target. A profane blast is stopped normally by a sacred warder of Bahamut's sacred shield.
*Either form of the breath weapon granted by this class may be made into a greater blast but only once per day.
