Progress on the reviews page

The coding itself is about 80% done. I've started entering data.

The Green Ronin and Necromancer Games entries are pretty much done (although I still have to add future products with no release date or much info yet).

The Player's Handbook page should give you a good idea of what a (nearly) complete product page should look like.

The Upcoming Releases page obviously only shows products in the database - there are hundreds of future products to add yet.

Planned additions:

• Lots and lots of data entry.
• Lots of work on admin/moderator functions. These haven't even been started yet.
• Links to product lines, not just publishers and specific products. For example, you could go to the "Star Wars RPG" section, which is a sub-section of the WotC section.
• Display of a product's author, and lists of all products by any given author.

I'm concerned about the release date field -- if I put a date in there, then the date passes, the system reports "Now Available" right? What if the product has missed the date? How are we going to keep up with that? I'd almost prefer some way to mark something as Available/Not Available; if Not Available is chosen, the item displays the date that was inputted; if marked Available, it overrides the date.

Hmmmm I'll try and see what I can do, just send me some suggestions via mail on how functions should work since I'm working on the date system right now.
