I was obliquely referencing a bit of internet humor to brush aside the general topic at hand as an unvoiced: "Okay, we get you don't like the book. You're welcome to your opinion and, apparently, your right to repeatedly voice it whenever the topic is broached within reach. Everybody involved is glad you have something you like."

I would have been happier had WotC not bothered creating that waste of dead trees that they chose to title D20 Past. It was not a useable book. If they were going to bother doing it at all then they should have made it worth doing.

Meh. It's okay to me. If WotC want to make more series for d20 Past (or revise it), I would not object.

My overall feeling was that each of the time periods covered should have had a section at least the size of the entire darned book! Given the underwhelming response (to an underwhelming book) I doubt that an expanded version is likely.

But it does look like some third party publishers are getting ready to move into the D20 Past niche.
