it's the late 1930's and the United States Government knows that it will eventually be drawn into world conflict so they draft six men (hopefully women as well) into an experiment which turns them into super powered heroes of justice. America has finally declared that it throws it's wait with the allies and you are trained in the use of your powers. Your are accompanied by Dr. Jones Brian Miller a doctor who help facilitate you in the project and now checks on your general health and watches for the appearnce of side effects that might be caused by the process.

I'm working on a speedster build, Gee Bee, named after the Gee Bee Racer. He just missed his chance to be a fighter pilot in WWI, but found his calling racing cars, earning some fame and prize money. When called on by the government to take part in the experiment, he was quite pleased to sign up.

Just finished my telepath, Captain Harland "Phantom Thought" Hervol, PHD, USMC. He studied Psychoanalysis at Toronto University under Ernest Jones and is a member in good standing of the International Psychoanalytical Association. He was drafted into the service about ten years ago and found his home in the Propaganda Sub-Section of the American Expeditionary Force, Military Intelligence Branch. He was personally assigned to Project Liberty by his commander, General Pershing.

I'm a bit confused on the 32 point buy. Is that all we have for building our pre-experimentation characters, then you'll boost them with powers?

right I think so but I am starting to think I should mutiple 32 by 10 because 32 would be enough for a first level not for a 10thlevel

I think the standard for 10th is 150 (15 x level), if that helps.

your right thats what the book says now changing it to 150 poinis count the 32 points just add on the remainder
