Proposal - Make renau1g, Kalivdrev, and HM Gimlord's Char Reviews as Judges

Proposal is the same one that was made when THB was a made man.

Allow the reviews that myself and the other 2 new judges completed be counted as full judges. It'll help punch out a few more from that list I think.

I don't really think this needs a proposal.

You can stamp your approvals as full judges now, knowing that you've already thoroughly reviewed the characters in question. If you feel the need, treat it as formally giving another quick (read: instant) review, but in practice just acknowledge the work you've already done.

I had gone on an approval spree, thinking THB a judge over here...

The proposal was to allow those "half-approved" folks to become fully approved with THB and my approval.
