I am a bit confused, in what book does the assassin become available? And what about the 2 months before approval thing?

I was considering Atreus might undergo similar changes to an Assassin and multi to rogue. This would of course be tied back to his background and why the sudden change comes.

Ok, I got some of my answers by looking dragon 379 through, but I am not clear if the class is still just on a play-test stage or this is the actual class.

Full class, it's DDI only, won't be appearing in any print book (at least that's what they're saying right now), although I hope they continue with feat support for it with splat books otherwise it'll quickly fall behind the others.
