What are the names and races of the Psionics Handbooks Iconics?

Mak'varkith, Human Psychic Warrior
Shu'luth, Mind Flayer Telepath
Alexandra, Human Psion (Shaper or Egoist)
Tordek, Dwarf Fighter/Psychic Warrior

Where do these names come from? Are they somewhere in the book or do people come up with them?

Alexandra was 'created' I believe off one of hte pictures.

Tordek is also listed in one of the multiclass examples as being a Fighter taking levels in Psychic Warrior, hence the inclusion.

And on top of that, he is a Savant, not a Fighter/Psychic Warror...

And yeah, you have to read through the entire book to pull out all of this info, it's usually in examples and flavor text.

Vadania you need to try and refrain from lashing out at our mistakes at which dwarf is called by what name. It was an honest mistake on Reiella's part I'm sure.

All their names are in the PsiHB, but they're not with any pictures though. The names are in the chapter discriptions in the text when they give examples on how things work.

Alexandra's name can be found on page 17, it's Ialdabode (not Iadlabode), and there is no apostrophe in Shuluth (and I believe he's just a run-of-the-mill Illithid).

I'm still trying to figure out why they draw me as if I was a half-elf!
