So if I use this, do my natural attacks cut through DR? What if combined with Bite of the Wolf?

No, see the DR example in the DMG. DR granted by a spell-like ability does not cut through other DR.

To cut through DR you need Metaphysical Body. To find that, look in the Mind's Eye in my sig.

... true, but spells, like Claws of the Vampire, would cut through DR since they're spells.

Zhure, are you sure about that? What about Mordenkainen's Sword?

Anyway, Metaphysical Body gives you bonuses to your attack roll, which is very important.
