[PsiHB] Mass Concussion - typo?

All the other "Concussion" powers, as well as "Brilliant Blast" (1 level higher, 9d4 rather than 7d4 damage, similar area of effect) list a save. Mass Concussion lists Save: None. Is this a typo or deliberate?
