And, I beleive you keep your manifester levels seperate as well. So, no using that wilder level to cast a psion power (or the other way around, whichever happens to be more).

Essentially, ask yourself it you would ever want to be a wizard/warmage. It'll be pretty similar to that.

But yes, your powerpoints go into a combined pool, which more often than not will actually be smaller than if you'd have just stayed one class anyway. [IIRC, of course]

Warmage Edge does not apply to any spells except those cast from the Warmage's half.

(IIRC) You can Wildsurge anytime you use a Psionic power. So a Wilder 2 / Psion 5 could still whip out a ML 7 psion power by using Wild Surge.

Not nearly as cool as being a 7 Wilder unleashing a ML 10 power though :p

Isn't there a prestige class combining two psionic classes somewhere?

Not to my knowledge. Wouldn't be that hard to take MT or Cerebramancer and apply it to two Psi Classes though.

Ultimate Magus from Complete Mage would be a good cantidate to mimic as well. That one doesn't allow full casting in both, it rather advances both normally but in some cases advances only the lesser of the two.

Yup.

A wilder can choose to invoke a wild surge whenever she manifests a power. When she does so, she gains +1 to her manifester level with that manifestation of the power. The manifester level boost gives her the ability to augment her powers to a higher degree than she otherwise could; however, she pays no extra power point for this wild surge. Instead, the additional 1 power point that would normally be required to augment the power is effectively supplied by the wild surge.

It isn't restricted to wilder-only manifestations.

A really good combo would be taking a level of Wilder before taking an alternate progression PrC, like Fist of Zuoken or Warmind. The wilder level gives you the power point reserve required for Warmind, and the Wild Surge helps with your 70 pp base power point pool.

If you enervate, you only lose 1 pp :)
