Gaining focus is not a psi-like ability or manifesting a power - it is using a skill. While you personally may allow it to work, by RAW, it doesn't. Either way, Skill Focus Concentration is superior, as it also works for channeling through any damage, for manifesting or using a skill on the defensive, and the like. There are far better feat options than Combat Manifesting / Narrow Mind.

would skill focus , combat manfesting and narrow mind all stack or just skill focus and one of the others ?

Only skill focus and narrow mind or skill focus and combat manifesting. As a druid, you really don't need combat manifesting

You could take all three, but the net result would be:

+3 to all Concentration checks
+7 to gain psionic focus
+7 to manifest on the defensive
