Psionic Race, but compatible with everything

This is the third and last of my homebrew races (at least for now). They're a psionically oriented race, but they should do well with any class (feats make sure of that). They have an item unique to them, and I personally think they'e mighty awesome. Presenting the shau'rai:

I'm mostly concerned here with power level balance, so please let me know if you see something horridly unbalanced, or even moderately, so I can keep vigilant of what happens during play.
